Mr Mudcrab was established in 1995 by Nicholas Dick, a fully qualified chef who loves his seafood.

Mr Mudcrab developed a strong relationship with local and interstate fisherman enabling it to supply a large variety of the freshest seafood possible. As a result Mr Mudcrab gained a strong following and an exceptional reputation for supplying quality fresh seafood to the townsville market.

In 2005 nicholas dick and joe panzera became partners in Mr Mudcrab refurbishing the premises and expanded the range to include ready to cook pre-prepared seafood for your convenience and good health. They also installed a full commercial kitchen to provide gourmet seafood which can be consumed in Mr Mudcrabs courtyard or enjoyed at home.
